Why did the Chilean U-20 World Cup soccer team try to start a war in Toronto yesterday?
Here it is, I was there, no more speculation.
The Chilean player -angery about the loss, and feeling that the Ref’s were bias, started to swarm them in the bowles of the stadium. The police escorted the players from the stadium to their bus. Chilean fans aproached the bus to support their side, but were turned away by the police -because the situation was already charged. The Chilean Players became even more angry -and more aggressive, and exited the bus and attacked members of the police. THe Toronto cops responded by doing what they are trained to do…keep order.
Anyone complaining about the Toronto Police, were either not present, or biased about the Chilean LOSS.
