What would you classify as “loser talk” in soccer?
Here are some examples I have gathered from posters. Do you think they qualify?
-It’s funny, one slip and the USA thinks they can win the world cup LOL.
-EXTREMELY lucky. That was pathetic.
-Are American sports rubbish as almost no other countries in the world play them seriously?
-Thank you for admitting that England outplayed you, you are one of the more intelligent Americans on here.
I know it was a draw. But I have never heard of a term called “Draw Talk”. The way these fans are talking, you would think that they lost though.
I consider “loser talk” making excuses and repeating how a loucky goal got the US a tie.
No one thinks they US can win the world cup after one slip, they never did. England thinks they are the best in the world, but they couldn’t beat the US. No matter how the goal was made, what matters is the score at the end of a game. 1-1 was the score, by the way english fans are worshiping their squad the score should have been 4-0.
