one of bigest scandals in world cup history?
http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=FM3UKXbhpVk
see the movie
it was my country belgium agianst germany on usa 94
it was a penalty for sure and a red card
ref didnet do anything
belgium lost that game 3-2
and its not the only timme germany gets some help of the ref on a big tournament.
remember 1990 when they got a penalty in final aginst argentina that wasnt a penalty
and remember 2002 ugianst the united states in 1/4 finals a shot by usa was clearly over the line bud the ref dindt give the goal
and there are many other things
do you agree with me that the thing on the movie was a penalty
and do you you agree that gremany is the most cheating team in the history of soccer
yea right di stefano i forgot about that
bud you see there cheating on every tournament
yeah bud korea cheated at only one worlmd cup germany does it everytime
Hi Kevin, I don’t particularly want to get into an argument about the Laws of the Game, particularly as, despite being a referee myself, I am no where near as qualified as any of the match officials involved.
When you are a referee, or assistant referee even, you only get 1 chance to see things, you don’t have multi angle replays and slow mo that the television has.
The match officials at those tournaments were the best available, they made honest judgements according to their opinion of what they saw, or did not see.
With everything that is available through television etc, it is easy to say they may have been wrong, but whilst a match official gives an honest decision on what in, his, or her interpretation of the events happened, then no one has a right to slag that person off.
Football is all about opinions, and in a match, the opinions on the Laws of the Game are governed by the third team on the pitch, and , whether right or wrong, those are the opinions that matter most.
