How do I stay updated with soccer?
The World Cup and Euro 08 were easiest to keep track of because they were actually on TV. But since America is not exactly the biggest soccer fans, its hard for me to find which site or to know how teams are doing and who’s winning…
help?
There is actually pretty good coverage here if you get most of the Footy channels in the states, Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Sports World(Spanish), Gol Tv and Setanta.
I would go aside from mentioning websites since they have been mention and will direct you to a pretty good Radio Show based in States.

You can hear them live on air or download their podcast on itunes. It is currently hosted by an English and Scots man who are pretty funny and informative.
Just recently they have revamped their show a bit and now include terrific correspondents from around the footballing world and you will hear more of them when the league season begins. Today they just introduced a correspondent from South Africa, a sports journalist who gave great insights on the status of the 2010 WC and after listening I felt the confidence to host the WC is not bestowed at them for the moment.
There are other podcasts I also listen to from the UK,(606, World Football and The Guardian) all pretty good in their own right
