Until now, I’ve realized that, David Beckham was not in the World Cup tournament. Why?
I’m don’t follow soccer at all except in World Cup tournaments, so as a result I ignore a lot about the sport. However, I’ve heard a lot about the popularity of David Beckham. I’ve heard he’s one of the best. Is he? If he is, why wasn’t he with the team?
He is currently suffering from an Achilles injury (Ankle) his injury isn’t terribly bad that he had to be provided with crutches, because he has done training, but football rules have very very strict boundaries on injuries. Beckham was along with the team at south Africa and for all of there matches he was sat on the benches with the rest of the team/squad while he sported (;]) an ‘Official England Squad 2010 Suit’ and cheered on his boys when needs be necessary. Beckham has also been realised, this year, as the England teams ambassador.
